ROASTED is a modern, social food experience that reimagines the British Sunday roast as a communal event to be shared amongst family and friends.

It is a British food pop-up bringing together British and Irish expats, culturally curious locals, and international nomads — anyone craving a slice of the iconic Sunday roast and the cosy feeling that comes with it.

Founded by friends Siân and Semen, ROASTED began as a small pop-up in a friend’s Georgian restaurant in Flingern. What started as an intimate gathering quickly gained momentum, spreading through Instagram and word of mouth among Düsseldorf’s food and creative community. Today, each event sells out within 24 hours.

The concept is rooted in something simple. British born Siân would host friends for Sunday roasts at her Düsseldorf home, bottles of wine, hearty plates of food, shared over a couple of hours. The roast was never just about the meal itself, it was about the shared experience. Together, Sian & Semen saw the opportunity to bring that feeling into a public space.
At it's core, ROASTED is about bringing friends and family together. We create a warm, social space built around simple, high-quality food and the absolute joy of shared dining.

Siân, a London-born fashion designer, brings a strong sense of aesthetic, creative vision and atmosphere, alongside years of experience working in pubs and wine bars. Semen, originally from Ukraine, is an experienced hospitality professional, working across both front and back of house with venues including Ghorban, So Re and Oi léle.
